This section about the physical products sold on this website includes the articles already provided in the first section called "Online Courses." Consequently, the following articles complete the previous section.
1- Processing time
Most of the books are pinted on demand. Consequently, it takes approximately three weeks after your order to ship the books. Keep in mind that our services are open on weekdays and exclude the holidays. Vacations can slow down the process of answering your email or sending the orders. These periods are indicated during the checkout and/or the website.
We do not guarantee shipping times. We make every effort to ship as fast as possible unless a vacation alert has been notified.
2- International Orders
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world.
Place your order on-line (use an 'x' for any line that does not apply to your address). Keep in mind that some countries may charge you a separate 'duty' charge after you receive your goods. The rate depends on the country. We are not responsible for duty or broker fees charged by your country or postal service. If we cannot ship via Global Priority we will email you your shipping options before processing your order.
3- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges can be seen directly in our shopping cart. Simply enter you zip code or country and choose your shipping type. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returned orders if the product is eligible.
4- Returns or cancellations:
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our products to help you with your selection if you are unfamiliar with our products.
We have a two days cancellation of your order, unless it has been already sent. In this case no cancellation of your order can be done, and it becomes not refundable.
If your items were damaged, please let us know immediately so we can address the problem. Please note, that if the products are damaged after being sent by us, we are not responsible, and you should contact the postal company for any complaint. We recommend always to communicate with us about any issue. (See the communication section for the information).
COMMUNICATION
We consider that goodwill is essential. This is why we will place all the efforts possible to find a solution for any issue you can have while accessing the online material, learning and practicing the courses or related to the sending of a physical product.
We recommend contacting us (email, postal mail, or phone) for any technical issues and we will answer you in the next five days. Keep in mind that our services are open on weekdays and exclude the holidays. Vacations can slow down the process of answering your email. These periods are indicated during the checkout and/or the website.
